History:
Their group dynamic began to shift as the four apprentices neared their warrior ceremony. Lightpaw and Darkpaw grew closer every day and Rockpaw was forced to sit and watch the distance between him and his love grow. When the time came, they were named Lightclaw, Iceclaw, Darkheart and Rocktail. This is where things get interesting. A short amount of time passed before Lightclaw and Darkheart announced that they were mates and that the white she would be moving to the nursery soon. Rocktail was furious, but he didn't show it. He let his anger stew and plotted his revenge.
Lightclaw's first litter was born and were raised without any problems. There were four kits born: Riverkit, Thunderkit, Shadowkit and Windkit. During their apprenticeship, it came to the attention of the Clan that Shadowpaw had gone blind. He was moved to the elder's den shortly after with the name Shadoweye. Soon after, Lightclaw moved back to the nursery, this time giving birth to two she-kits, Fogkit and Snowkit. Snowkit was born mute and with the disability's of Lightclaw's offspring, Rocktail saw his opportunity.
One day after the apprenticeship of Fogpaw and Snowpaw, Rocktail went into the forest with Darkheart for a seemingly friendly walk and chat. Rocktail lead Darkheart into a twoleg trap and simply watched as the dark tabby warrior was carried away. He ran back to camp and told his side of the story about how he'd arrived to late to save his Clanmate. Lightclaw was devastated and, to make matters worse, Snowpaw, frustrated at her lack of ability to speak, snuck into Poppyfire's death and found some poison berries. You can guess the rest. And later that same day, Iceclaw was found dead by the Snakerocks with the scent of fox surrounding him.
Of course, Rocktail was right there for Lightclaw to comfort her and the she-cat began to see him in a different light, even if it was somewhat twisted due to grief. Lightclaw announced that she was moving back to the nursery, but she kept the father's name a secret. It was soon enough after his disappearance that it was possible that Darkheart was the father, but the queen knew better. This time, the kits were Rocktail's and she was scared. And, as Murphy's Law suggests, it only got worse.
Darkheart managed to escape the twoleg shelter he'd been brought to and returned to his Clan and told everyone that Rocktail had essentially thrown him into the fire by letting him wander into the trap. Warriors attacked and drove Rocktail out but heavily pregnant Lightclaw wasn't able to join like she wanted to.
Finally her kits were born, two toms and a she-cat, Icekit, Blizzardkit and Blossomkit. Icekit looked so much like his uncle Iceclaw that Lightclaw couldn't help but name him after the dead warrior. However happy she was with her kits, she was going crazy from keeping the secret of their father, but she managed to let Darkheart continue believing he was their father until the kits were about two moons old. Then she gathered her litter and her mate and broke the news that their father was truly Rocktail. Darkheart was disappointed but he wasn't angry. Icekit and Blossomkit just accepted it and moved on, but Blizzardkit was absolutely livid that he'd been lied to. He grew distant from his brother and sister and made Icekit his personal punching bag.
Icekit's kithood was largely miserable because of his meaner brother, but he figured all would change when he was made an apprentice. Icepaw, Blizzardpaw and Blossompaw were apprenticed and Icepaw was given Darkheart as a father. Blizzardpaw was instantly jealous of all the time his brother got to spend with their father figure and continued tormenting him.
When they were finally made warriors, Icepaw was named Icepelt because of his constantly cold fur. Blossompaw began Blossomrain and Blizzardpaw became Blizzardclaw. The brothers' relationship smoothed out considerably when Icepelt helped Blizzardclaw deal with a sudden, but short, affair with a RiverClan she-cat. His life has calmed down considerably now that both of his siblings like him and there are no more secrets his parents are keeping from him.
